We employ over 170 people in Dublin within our Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre, we are looking for a: Supply Planner
What can you expect from your role?
We are seeking a passionate, analytical, and communicative Supply Planner to join our Jewellery Supply Chain team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for end-to-end supply planning for jewels. You will work in strict, daily collaboration with our manufacturing plant and supply chain stakeholders, leveraging modern planning tools and ERP systems (F.I Anaplan / SAP S4 as our core platforms) to drive service level and inventory accuracy, reporting, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan long-term and short-term production planning for the Jewellery business, maintaining a strict, hands-on daily collaboration with our manufacturing plant to align capacity with needs, align scheduled production, prioritize short term production.
• Project and monitor central and global stock availability, stock levels and product flows to ensure service level objectives are met. Monitor service levels and translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Utilize, maintain, and contribute to the continuous improvement of advanced planning tools and ERP systems (with Anaplan as our core platform). Perform rigorous data validation, and accuracy checks to ensure reliable reporting inputs.
• Prepare and deliver regular reporting activities, including coverage reports, production schedules, and supply-related KPIs.
Experience
2 to 3 years of experience in a supply chain planning, inventory, or demand planning role, ideally within luxury goods
Soft skills required
Deep passion for supply chain operations with a curious, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; a natural team player who connects well with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong ability to synthesize complex data, connect the dots, and translate findings into clear narratives.
Strong team player with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with other planning functions, including Demand, Inventory, and Distribution planning teams
