As a supply lead you will be: • Involved in the delivery and implementation of our Supply Business unit plans • Managing multiple stakeholder relationships and managing any expectations • Collaborating daily with suppliers, looking at opportunities to improve relationships and generate operational/process efficiencies to improve joint KPIs • Balancing stock availability with working capital, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained • Responsible for the forecasting and right first time set up for all business activities, such as promotions, seasonal events and range changes. • Availability-focused, through getting stock from a range of suppliers through to our stores and online to deliver the best service for our customers.
