Working Week: 40 hours Are you a knowledgeable and energetic Sous Chef who is looking for a new and exciting experience? Or perhaps you’re an experienced and aspirational Chef de Partie looking to take the next step in your career? Then we have a temporary 3 month role available in our Brunswick Champagne bar that might be the next step in your culinary career! Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance. What does it mean to be a Sous Chef at Fenwick? Our team deliver a consistently high standard of quality food, using knowledge of food and hospitality trends to drive sales whilst contributing to a fantastic customer experience. Our team is passionate about creating exciting and innovative new products to showcase to our customers. From writing and costing menus, to managing a warm and friendly team, we want our Sous Chefs to be able to run the kitchen in the absence of our Head Chefs to give our customers the best level of service and consistency. If working with fresh ingredients and creating food from scratch motivates you then Fenwick would be an ideal option for the next step in your career.
