Job Purpose
We are hiring an HR Operations Coordinator to join Burberry's HR team and help deliver an outstanding employee experience across the UK, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. This role plays an important part in supporting colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered with accuracy, efficiency and care. Working closely with HR partners, managers and employees, you will help provide a seamless service while contributing to continuous improvements in the way we support our people. Responsibilities
• Deliver end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including new starters, contract changes, onboarding and leavers.
• Resolve complex HR queries and provide guidance in line with company policies and local employment legislation.
• Partner with Employee Relations and HR Business Partners to support people-related processes and documentation.
• Act as an escalation point for managers, ensuring queries are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery and elevate the employee experience through data and insights.
• Support training, knowledge sharing, translations and wider HR projects across the function.
Personal Profile
• Experience working within an HR operations, HR administration or shared services environment.
• Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French, Italian or Spanish.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and accuracy when managing multiple priorities.
• A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
